Join Holplate as a Restaurant Partner

Welcome to Holplate. By registering your restaurant on our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Menu & Pricing Accuracy

• Restaurants must ensure all menu items and prices are correct and updated.
• Any price or menu change must be updated immediately.
• Holplate is not responsible for incorrect pricing due to outdated information.

2. Order Volume Requirement

• A minimum of 30 orders per day is required for Holplate delivery support.
• If less than 30 orders are received, the restaurant must manage delivery on their own.

3. Delivery Responsibility

• Holplate may provide delivery partners based on availability.
• If no delivery partner is available, the restaurant must deliver orders themselves.
• Food quality and timely delivery must be maintained.

4. Delivery Boy Allocation & Payment

• Restaurants must coordinate directly with delivery partners.
• Payment (before or after delivery) is decided between restaurant and delivery boy.
• Holplate is not responsible for any payment disputes.

5. Platform Fee Policy

• Currently, Holplate platform is free to use.
• Holplate may introduce subscription or commission fees anytime in future.
• Restaurants will be notified before any charges are applied.

6. Service Commitment

• Restaurants must prepare orders on time.
• Proper packaging and hygiene must be maintained.
• Repeated complaints may result in suspension from the platform.

7. Agreement & Acceptance

By using Holplate, the restaurant agrees to all the above terms and conditions.

8. Changes to Terms

Holplate may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of updated terms.
