Join Holplate as a Delivery Partner

1. Independent Delivery Partner

• Delivery partners work independently and are not employees of Holplate.
• Holplate only provides a platform connecting restaurants, customers, and delivery partners.
• Delivery partners are free to accept or reject delivery requests.

2. Payment Terms

• Restaurants pay delivery charges directly to delivery partners.
• Payment timing may be before delivery, after delivery, daily, weekly, or based on mutual agreement.
• Holplate does not handle salary, wages, bonuses, incentives, petrol allowance, or commission payments.
• Holplate is not responsible for payment disputes between restaurants and delivery partners.

3. No Employment Relationship

• Joining Holplate does not create any employment relationship with Holplate.
• Delivery partners are not company staff, agents, or representatives of Holplate.
• Holplate does not provide insurance, PF, ESI, medical coverage, or employee benefits.

4. Delivery Responsibilities

• Delivery partners must deliver orders safely and professionally.
• Traffic laws and local regulations must always be followed.
• Delivery partners must maintain respectful behavior with customers and restaurants.
• Any illegal activity, abuse, fraud, or misconduct may result in permanent removal from the platform.

9. Restaurant & Delivery Coordination

• Restaurants are responsible for coordinating pickup and delivery timing with delivery partners.
• Delivery partners must confirm order pickup before starting delivery.
• Any delivery fees, waiting charges, or extra charges must be mutually agreed between the restaurant and delivery partner.
• Holplate is not responsible for missed calls, delayed coordination, or communication failures between restaurants and delivery partners.

10. Cash Handling Responsibility

• If Cash on Delivery (COD) is used, restaurants and delivery partners are fully responsible for handling and settling cash payments.
• Holplate is not responsible for cash loss, fake currency, payment delays, or settlement disputes.

11. Account Verification

• Holplate may request identity verification, phone verification, or other details before approving accounts.
• Fake information or fraudulent activity may result in immediate account suspension.

12. Limitation of Liability

• Holplate shall not be liable for indirect losses, business losses, delivery delays, customer disputes, or damages arising from platform use.
• Users agree to use the platform at their own risk.

5. Account Suspension

• Holplate may suspend or permanently remove any delivery partner account for policy violations, fake deliveries, fraud, customer abuse, or harmful activities.

6. Platform Disclaimer

• Holplate is a technology platform only.
• Holplate is not responsible for accidents, injuries, vehicle damage, delivery disputes, payment issues, or business losses.
• Delivery partners use the platform at their own risk and responsibility.

7. Changes to Terms

• Holplate may update these terms at any time without prior notice.
• Continued use of the platform means acceptance of updated terms.

8. Acceptance

• By joining Holplate as a delivery partner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms above.
