All orders placed on Holplate are final.
Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

2. No Refund After Order Placement
After you place an order, it is immediately sent to the restaurant for preparation.
Because of this process, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once submitted.
3. No Refund After Delivery
Once an order has been delivered to the customer,
no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Taste preferences
- Portion size concerns
- Incorrect selection made by the customer
